Scottsdale runs from the Sonoran Preserve in the north to Old Town and South Scottsdale, with everything from custom estates to original 1960s ranch homes in between. Foundation and concrete issues across that range have a few common threads — expansive clay, decades of irrigation, monsoon runoff, and pool decks that age fast in Phoenix sun. We service the entire Scottsdale area, from desert luxury homes in the north to Old Town vintage construction.

What we fix in Scottsdale

Why concrete moves in Scottsdale

  • Expansive caliche clay across most of the central and northern foothills — wet/dry cycle creates voids
  • Pool decks under intense UV exposure for 20+ years across older Scottsdale neighborhoods
  • Decades of irrigation along foundations in McCormick Ranch and Gainey Ranch — soft soils near footings
  • Original 1950s–60s slab construction in South Scottsdale on minimally compacted fill
  • Steep slope sites in north Scottsdale where drainage and grading shift over time

FAQ

Scottsdale — common questions

Do you service custom homes in north Scottsdale?
Yes. We work across the entire Scottsdale area from Old Town up through Desert Mountain and Silverleaf. Larger custom homes often have more complex foundation systems and we coordinate with builders or estate managers as needed.
My HOA needs board approval before any work — can you support that?
Yes. We provide written estimates with line items that boards can review, and we can attend a board meeting (in person or virtually) for any project that requires board approval before mobilization.
Pool decks here are old and weathered — will the patches show?
On older sun-bleached decks the patch is more visible than on a 5-year-old deck. We color-match as best we can. For some clients we follow the lift with a deck-resurface coating that hides everything.
How fast can you respond in Scottsdale?
Most assessments scheduled within a few days. Standard jobs scheduled within a week. Real-estate or insurance-driven repairs we can usually accelerate.
