- Walk-through (15–30 min). We listen first. You show us the cracks, the doors that won't close, the slab that's tipping toward the house. We ask what changed and when.
- Slab elevation survey. Laser level or digital manometer across the affected area. You see the actual numbers — inches of drop, direction of tilt — not a guess.
- Diagnosis. Settlement, heave, post-tension issue, stem wall corrosion, or simple slab void. We tell you what is causing it and what isn't.
- Scope and price. Written estimate on the spot for most jobs. Polyurethane foam, helical or push piers, stem wall repair, post-tension — whatever the slab needs.
- Permit, schedule, warranty registration. Once you say go, we pull the permit and book the crew.
