We back our work because we know what's in it — the rebar, the foam, the structural grout, and the crew that placed it. A warranty isn't a marketing line; it's a contract. Below is the exact scope per service, what "transferable" actually means, and what falls outside coverage.

What's covered

Service
Coverage
Term
Polyurethane foam concrete leveling
Re-lift at no charge if the slab settles more than 1/4" in the lifted zone
Lifetime of the slab
Stem wall repair
No re-rusting through the repaired section
Lifetime, transferable
Foundation piers (helical / push)
Pier system stability per the engineered spec
Lifetime of the structure
Post-tension repair
Re-tension or splice integrity per the PT spec
Lifetime
Crack injection (epoxy)
No moisture re-penetration through the repaired crack
5 years

"Lifetime of the slab" and "lifetime of the structure" are not the same. A slab can be removed and replaced while the house remains. Piers, by contrast, become a permanent part of the structure they support — so the coverage rides with the building itself.

What "transferable" actually means

If you sell the house, the warranty moves to the new owner. They get the same coverage and the same contact path you had — same phone number, same crew.

  • The first transfer is free.
  • A nominal admin fee applies to any subsequent transfers (current amount is in your warranty packet).
  • The new owner files claims directly with us — no middleman.
  • Attach the warranty to your seller's disclosure. It's a real selling point that bumps buyer confidence.

What's not covered

Being upfront about exclusions builds trust, not the other way around. Here is what falls outside the warranty:

  • New damage in areas outside the repaired scope of work
  • Acts of God beyond the design loads we built to (earthquake exceeding code, major flood events)
  • Modifications, alterations, or third-party repairs made to our work by other contractors
  • Failure to maintain proper site drainage — specific drainage requirements are spelled out in your written quote
  • Cosmetic finish matching (stucco color match perfection, paint matching) beyond the touch-up term listed in your paperwork

We don't say "no questions asked," because that phrase invites bad-faith claims and drives prices up for honest customers. We say: if the issue falls within scope, we repair it at no cost.

How a warranty claim works

  1. Notice an issue. Call (602) 833-4600 or email info@foundationfixers.com with photos and a brief description.
  2. We schedule a no-charge inspection within a few business days, usually the same week.
  3. If the issue falls within scope, we repair at no cost. No deductible. No trip fee.
  4. You receive a re-warranty certificate for the corrective work — paper trail stays clean for resale.

Why our warranty is different

Plenty of foundation contractors sell a "lifetime" warranty and then disappear when the truck pulls away. Ours is different because:

  • Local crew, no franchise red tape. When you call, you reach the same office that did your job — not a corporate call center routing tickets.
  • Decade-plus under the same Arizona ROC license. Verify the license number at azroc.gov before you sign anything.
  • Same owner, same crew, same phone number since day one. We've never sold the business or rebranded out from under a warranty.
  • Phoenix homeowners. Cave Creek crew. Twenty minutes from most jobs.
FAQ

Warranty FAQ

Is the warranty really transferable?
Yes. If you sell the home, the new owner inherits the coverage. We just need a quick admin step to log the transfer so the file is in their name.
How long does the warranty last?
For most structural repairs — piers, stem wall, and post-tension — it's the lifetime of the structure. Concrete leveling re-lift coverage is the lifetime of the slab. Crack injection is 5 years.
What if the area I had repaired settles again?
We come back and re-lift at no charge. That's the deal. No deductible, no trip fee, no fine print that voids it on the third callback.
Does the warranty cover new damage in a different area?
No. Coverage applies to the exact scope of work listed in your written quote. If a different part of the slab or foundation develops a problem later, we will come look — but it would be a new job, not a warranty claim.
Do I need to do anything to keep the warranty active?
Maintain the drainage and site conditions specified in your job paperwork. There is no annual inspection, renewal fee, or registration form to mail back.
What happens if Foundation Fixers goes out of business?
Foundation Fixers has operated under the same Arizona ROC license for over a decade and isn't going anywhere. That said: if a contractor closes, warranties generally don't transfer to whoever buys the assets. That's exactly why it matters to pick a stable, long-tenured local company over a flash-in-the-pan franchise.
Where can I see the actual warranty terms?
You'll receive the full written warranty with your quote, and you'll sign it again at job close-out. A sample copy is available before you commit — call (602) 833-4600 and we'll send one over.
